Deposit and Refund Policy

We require a 20% deposit to secure your booking.

A minimum spend is required and is applicable to the time of year the booking is made. Peak periods will require a higher minimum spend and this will be discussed when the booking is made.

Any deposits paid will receive a full refund if the booking is cancelled outside of the seven day window. Any booking cancellations within a seven day window from the time of the event will forfeit the deposit.
