A passionate chef, loving father and husband with over 20 years of experience, a deep love for food and the togetherness that it brings to people. Dan believes that food is about exploring different cultures, learning the different tastes and textures. He loves using the freshest ingredients from local farmers big or small that the South West has to offer.
You'll often find Daniel out mingling with customers when he's not in the Pourhouse kitchen, getting feedback, connecting and having a laugh.
